CIPR International is one of the largest sectoral groups of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and extends a warm welcome to PR professionals across the globe. Members working in many different sectors within the global communications industry can network and learn from one another about issues facing the international practitioner. CIPR International support its members, by facilitating understanding of cultural differences, building relations with other countries, and helping members benchmark, share and learn from best practice.

Our members

Our members are professionals who work in global communications either in the UK or in other countries. They come from in-house, consultancy and independent disciplines, with a wealth of multi-faceted experience.

 

The group brings together the many different sectors within the international communications industry to network, discuss, and learn from one another about the issues facing communicators working internationally today. We do this by holding face-to-face events as well as virtual meetings so that our colleagues overseas can take part. We believe in nurturing lifelong learning. We also work hard to encourage young talent and, to this end, launched an annual award, the Douglas Smith Award for students.
